We bill these providers directly. You don’t see the invoice, you don’t process the claim, you don’t reconcile the receipt. The driver requests the service, the work happens, the paperwork flows to the fleet management provider. The same applies for smaller in-house-managed fleets: we set up a single account with your fleet manager or operations lead, and bill that account directly per job.

Most fleet accounts are operational within 48 hours; bigger setups with multi-site procurement requirements can take longer. Once the account is live, your drivers call the same number any retail customer would, and we route their request through the fleet workflow automatically.
